Roots

Our aim

…is to be a prayerful people, seeking to enjoy and serve God in his church and world, expecting to see him make a difference in us and the world around us.

What we do
  • We get to know God better – as we study the Bible in small groups and listen to talks.
  • We get to know each other better – eating and sharing life with one another, supporting each other to be salt and light in Oxford and beyond.
  • We pray together because we all need God’s help as we navigate our way through life.
When and where?

We usually meet at St Ebbe’s Church on Wednesday evenings (7pm for food, finishing at 9:15pm), but due to the current coronavirus situation our network of Roots groups are meeting on online platforms instead. You are still welcome to join the experience – please get in touch with a member of the team (details below) to join a group. We’d love to connect with you, and get you connected.

Weekend Away

We also enjoy a weekend away at Harben House, near Milton Keynes, from 22nd to 24th November. Official booking has closed but if you would like to find out whether there is still space to accommodate you, please contact Josh Baylis.

Say hello!
