Annual Parochial Church Meeting 2022
7:45pm on 20th April 2022
The APCM will take place this year in church and will be relayed on Zoom. Details will be emailed to church members. If you’ve not received these by the morning of 20th April please contact the office on office@stebbes.org.
The PCC is required to hold an APCM (Annual Parochial Church meeting) at which reports are shared, accounts approved, new members and officers are elected and questions may be asked about any area of the church’s ministry. Anyone may attend the annual meeting and raise questions; only those on the electoral roll may vote in any formal resolutions that might be made.

Electoral Roll
The Electoral Roll is the parish church’s register of electors. Joining the Church Electoral Roll means that you can vote on Church matters, attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and stand for election to the PCC or Deanery Synod.
It is primarily for those who are baptised and attend St Ebbe’s regularly or live in the parish (detailed rules are here). If you would like to join the Electoral Roll (a bit like church membership), then please contact the office on office@stebbes.org.
Nomination forms for Churchwarden, PCC and Deanery Synod
Anyone on the Electoral Roll can stand to be a member of the PCC. Forms to nominate someone to stand for election to the PCC are below. St Ebbe’s has 7 places on the Deanery Synod (Deanery Synod members are also on the PCC).

If you would like to chat further about serving on the PCC or more information about what’s involved, please get in touch with Tim Dossor. If ready to stand for Churchwarden or PCC, candidates need two people on the Electoral Roll who can nominate them for the role using one of the forms below. Elections happen at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.
